Pricing questions
How long is the free trial?
30 days with full access to every Pro feature. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the trial. Before it ends you choose Lite or Pro.
What's the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite covers everything you need to run bookings: your booking page, customers, calendar, email reminders and invoices. Pro adds SMS reminders, deposits and online card payments, and full business reports.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Lite and Pro whenever you like from your account settings. Your data is never lost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any point — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What counts as an SMS credit?
Every text sent to a customer or to you uses one credit. Pro includes 200 credits a month, and you can top up in packs of 20, 50 or 100 if you need more.
Does DetailPro take a fee from my customer payments?
No. On Pro, DetailPro takes 0% commission on deposits and online payments. You only pay Stripe's standard card fee (from 1.5% + 20p for UK cards), and the money lands directly in your bank account.
Are there any setup fees?
None. The monthly price is all you pay, and you can import your existing customers for free.
